Thank you for considering dental treatment with us.
ProSmile is a cozy dental clinic that emphasizes an individual approach to each patient.
To ensure that your treatment is as comfortable as possible, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the procedure for visiting our clinic
Visiting order:
- ProSmile accepts patients by appointment.
- You can make an appointment via e-booking on our website, by phone (+372 51939433) or by writing to us by email (info@prosmile.ee).
- When visiting the Clinic for the first time, please bring an identification document with you.
- If you require emergency first aid, please contact the administrator to clarify the time of the first possible visit.
- The consultation and treatment time is calculated only for the patient who has made an appointment.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment with the doctor. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the administrator has the right to offer your appointment time to the next patient, and also has the right to offer you a new time on the same or another day, subject to prior agreement with the doctor.
- It is permissible to shift the start of your appointment with a specialist in case of providing urgent emergency care to another patient. You have the right to refuse to wait and reschedule your visit.
- The administrator does not provide personal phone numbers and other personal contact information of doctors at the request of patients. If you have any questions, you can contact the Clinic during your doctor’s appointment or another specialist in the same field.
- When visiting our Clinic, we ask you to disinfect your hands, put on shoe covers upon entering, and also take off your outerwear.
- Please note that smoking, drinking alcohol, using foul language, and taking photos and videos are prohibited in the Clinic. If a patient shows up intoxicated, the doctor and administrator of the Clinic have the right to refuse to provide the service.
- We kindly ask you to turn off your mobile phones or switch them to silent mode while you are in the Clinic.
- The Clinic administration is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.

Cancellation of a visit (by the patient):
Please notify us of your visit cancellation at least 24 hours before the visit. In the event that the patient does not change, cancel, or fails to show up at the appointed time of the visit (without prior notice), ProSmile Clinic has the right to charge a fee for no-show without notice*.
The booked visit time can be changed or cancelled:

If the Patient fails to show up for an appointment without a valid reason and does not notify of the failure to show up within the stipulated time period, ProSmile OÜ has the right to demand an advance payment of 20% of the planned cost of the service before registering for the next appointment.
*Fee for no-show for a visit without warning:
If the Patient fails to show up for the appointment and fails to notify of their failure to show up at least 24 hours before the appointment, ProSmile OÜ has the right to demand compensation to cover the clinic’s expenses in the amount of up to 100 euros (based on the current price list, based on hourly payment). If the Patient’s service is covered by the Health Insurance Act, the provider of health care services has the right to demand that the Patient pay double the fee for the next visit (Ravikindlustuse seaduse § 70 lõige 6).
